Property's location is good but property itself has lost its sheen and shine. They have not bothered to upgrade their rooms. They give you a vintage feeling. Amenities they are providing have become obsolete. Even smart tvs are not there in the rooms. Who watches tata sky that too in sd. Can't even watch hd channels. Food is not good at all. They are lacking the variety and providing very basic and average breakfast. Lunch and dinner we had ordered from the kitchen was tasteless. The property itself needs a big upgrade. Natural beauty is there in abundance but stay should be much more comfortable and fooding should be much more sumptuous.

Very nice location. Amazing view of river. Very nicely arranged by hotel staff. Neat and clean. We have our 2 year daughter and we didn't have any issue with food or milk. Hotel staff is very humble and very co operative. A must stay place

It was really a pleasant stay. Overall experience was more than expected. Staffs were always ready to help whether it's reception, restaurant or room service. Always eager to help without any hesitation. Location was superb. Mountains and ganga river view from balcony was surreal. Can easily catch all the main activities from shivpuri.

Good overall experience. Some hotel areas need renovation. Excellent staff 💯 right from reception to housekeeping and dining. Food quality was good and always freshly prepared. They need to work at making the Ganga river beach area a little more easily accessible!

Stay was very good. We booked delux room and they provided us delux+ category room with king size bed and another single bed in same room for children with private balcony with gang-es view. River gang-es is easily approachable from resort and had private white sand beach. They also performed ganga aarti every evening. Good food and beverage.

Location is good, people who want to stay near market may not like it. Best part is ganga aarti in evening and private beach access. Food taste is good. Cleaning and maintenance should be more they should work on it.

The property can be maintained more properly. The staff is not at all courteous they just ignore what u say. The dinning hall is more like a canteen area. Live singer is so loud and full of dissonance. Overall the property is built well but not taken care of at all n the care takers of the property are least bothered about the guests.

Resort location and food is very good, however when it comes to service and staff's hospitality our experience was very bad. We had to call 2-3 times at house keeping to get 2 bottles of water. In-dining experience - one of the waiter was very unprofessional, we asked him to serve noodles to everyone, he started serving and then when i said not to give to one child, not sure what offended him that he stopped serving the noodles and looked very frustrated every time we asked him for anything.
