Its the worst stay experience in my entire life. The facilities are very bad. Water problem, geyser problem not working, food unavailability as per demand. When asked about these issues they behave very badly as if we are beggars. Actually we are not they are beggar. We forced to check out 1 day early because of the behavior of that bald nepali who is the husband of the cook who is preparing food. And the main issue is the person prantik who has taken lease and not even care about the tourists simply sitting may be in some ac room in kolkata. He denied to refund my 1 night fare but that is expected because he is also a beggar. So don't ever stay in this home stay unless you want some headache.

This homestay is good and value for money. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Toilet is clean and geyser is working. Behaviour of homestay caretaker is good and polite. Food is little bit costly but testy. Only issue is that no wifi present in the homestay. Though at time of booking it was written that wifi will be available. Otherwise it is good for staying in rishop.

In hotel kanchan view there is no wifi, tv no channel subscribe to view, tv just like showcase, rough behaviour by the caretaker, for room heater extra rs 400 per night. No telephone

Neat and clean bedroom. White bedsheet. Crystal clear bathroom. Jagooer geyser. Zero noise. Heavenly front view. Abundance of tasty food. You will be full of joy and your exhausted mind will be at an unknown ease you always pine for.

Location is excellent to avoid the congested place in a hilly village. Foods are of excellent quality at reasonable price. Hotel staffs and property owner are very cordial in nature. We really enjoyed our holidays. We missed the view of the kanchenjunga mount due to cloudy weather.

Stay was pathetic. Rude behaviour of the staffs. They were arrogant. They were not willing to listen to our problems. Food was not up to the mark. Room heater was not provided in one room on the first day. Though the view was very good from the home stay but the overall experience is very bad. Prefer not to stay here.

Travel-led with aging parents and a toddler. A tough stretch of 5 kms from lava but all that led to a serene paradise. Mystical kanchenjunga. Right outside your window. With its majestic full span. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Overall a wonderful experience.

Location is good but the attitude of the booking agent in kolkata is not at all professional. He is rude and possess typical backward kolkata mentality. Otherwise local stuff behaviour is good and they are always ready to help. Food option is limited and you cant order out of the box item in dinner or lunch.

Found a big black spider in washroom which disappeared in the wood joint sometimes after. Water pressure was low, hand shower was not working properly.

The host was really friendly and helpful. Food was also god. Outside view from room was the best thing to see n live the moments. Kanchenjunga range can be seen completely from this homestay.

This is a homestay, so dont expect hotel like facilities. We travel-led with a large group. - view from top floor rooms were awesome specially in morning. - geyser was available and turned on on request. - hotel food was homely (rice, dal, roti, chicken all available and need to be ordered before hand, you may not have restraunt like choices.

Location is okay. View from hotel lobby is very good. But unfortunately we had a cloudy weather, so couldn't watch kanchanjungha. Food rate too high, quality is not good. Service is good
Door locks are not strong enough. Transparent curtains in front of a glass windos. Anybody from outside can look into your room.
