Heater is chargeable even though you book premium room. Except it everything is good. Staffs are very helpful.

Overall good stay. Location is very close to change y fall. Property is maintained by solar power. Have centralised geyser facility, but don't supply hot water always through tap due to electricity issue. But provide hot water in bucket on request. Food option is very limited. Manager is a very good person and helpful.

The place offer great view of kanchanjunga. Provision of binoculars to better see the scenic beauty around was amazing. Nice rooms, good behaviour of the staffs.

First hotel maintance are to chip dirty non hygienic. 2nd food quilty are not so good. 3rd hotel staff are 5 and they didn't manage everything. It's very difficult to stay 1 day more.

Had a fantastic stay in rose-dell inn with family. Room was excellent with clear view of kanchenjungha peak. Staff were very courteous. What's amazing is the food quality and taste is better than any 5-star hotel. The hotel has a terrace from where you can have a 360 degree view of the himalaya

The location, the grandeur, the decoration of the property with different types of colorful flowers and green plants is wonderful. There are three premium rooms on the top wooden floor and i had booked one. From this room and also from the balcony the view of kanchenjangha was just breathtaking. There is also a view point for enjoying the nature's abundance of beauty. We enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset to our heart's content. The hotel has its restaurant and a game room. The attendants and their service are ten on ten. Only they have to improve their taste of food.

Food is decent. The staff is helpful. The hotel has a power backup which is very handy since power outages are very frequent in the area.

We reached rishop at 8 pm in the evening it was hail strom outside & total dark in the rishop except rose dell. Hotel stuff & facility are fantastic. We booked from mm t & no issues in check in. Hotel location was perfect to view sunrise even from room. Rooms was clean & always hot water available. Food quality was good. Breath taking view of mountain. If you want to leave with nature 2 -3 days i think it is the best place.

Wonderful location hotel staffs are very courteous & helpful. Food is very nice & homely. Rooms are well maintained. View of mt kanchenjunga from resort balcony is breathtaking

Pretty average stay for a premium price

The property location is good. The view is good. But all the rooms are not at par with the price they charge. We were shown three rooms to choose from. Two of them were good, but were facing the hills in a way that privacy was a concern. The third room was in the first floor of a wooden cottage, which we chose. However, once we checked in we found that the floorboards were creaking, the furnitures made noise as we walked and the floor shook. The food was pretty average. The staff had no concept of privacy and just came up and knocked on the door when they could have easily rang the phone. Overall a pretty average experience.

Location is very good. Clean and beautiful hotel. Only food has not many option. Menu is almost same for everyday lunch. Breakfast, lunch and dinner timing should be maintained. Most probably best hotel in rishop others are homestay only.
