Terrible stay

I booked a room for 3 people. They denied stay saying if you are not same family, then 3 people can’t stay in room. They counted one people as visitor and asked to leave the visitor person at 10 pm. I asked them to show their property terms and conditions regarding this, but they keep saying that it is the rule but not mentioned anywhere. So they didn’t provide us the extra bed and extra blanket. Room was said to be executive but it was much inferior. There were only two single small beds with two mattress.

The stay was amazing. Hospital staff is very cooperative and very welcoming too. I stayed there for 2 days. Their entire food menu is delicious. The property is clean, safe, hygeinic. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel room was clean and very tastefully done up, well designed. Bath room was also extremely clean. A huge and delicious breakfast spread, wifi, and the promptest service that's i've seen so far whenever i called housekeeping for anything like toothbrush or tea bay. I would definitely recommend staying here whenever visiting rohtak. Proximity to devi lal park and to tilyar lake and zoo is an added bonus.

Good rooms and restaurant, the maintenance is starting to slack though given its my second visit in 6 months. Bit expensive for the town and its infra.

Repair and maintainance was not doing at regular

Led tv was power off on regular intervals. I was very irritated that time, then staff change the led tv. One chair in the room was damaged

Very bad experience at park queue

The room 307 had no window and was next to the hotel water tank + pressure pump. All the time anyone would use water in the hotel the pressure pump would make noise. Moreover it's not safe to live in such a room.

Nice and clean property

It was a single night stay. The superior rooms are very good. The manager was extremely courteous. I liked the food too. Buffet breakfast had variety. There’s valet parking only. The hotel’s location is convenient. It has four floors. And 4 banquet halls. The room rates are on the higher side. But the overall comfortable stay and polite staff make up for it.

Poor Stay

Very poor service like there was a party on going on with loud music on which was quite a disturbance. Also hot water was not available in bathroom upon calling the housekeeping they said to wait 20 min for hot water to be available but even after half an hour no hot water was available.
