Location is good for those who reach by train. Autos and taxi-es are available. Approximate 20 minutes from nit rourkela. Priperty is under rennovation so, expect next stay will be more comfortable.

We had booked a classic room which costed 3900 inr including breakfast. For that we were given an extremely small room, locked away in one corner of the hotel. The flooring was old, the tiles were giving away. We kept tripping on the floor, such was the condition. When we complained about it, we were moved to another room (though in the same wing, and this room had bedbugs in the bed! extremely pathetic maintenance. For approx 4k per night i have stayed at much better maintained hotels, almost like a 4 star maintenance. And i would have expected to be given an upgrade after expressing dissatisfaction, but that was if the hotel authorities were bothered about their reputation and customer service, which in this case the guy clearly wasn't. Not recommended at all! not even if you are staying for a day.
