Staffs are not professional. Rooms were not ready, but let out for stay. Cupboard inside bathroom is ridiculous. No dressing table. Pathetic accounting by receptionist.

1. Hotel rooms are not hygiene 2. They not providing at-least a complimentary packaged drinking water, it's a really very bad service. 3. Room charges is very high but not as per the standard. 4. Hot water option is not available at washroom. 5. Room telephone was not working 6. Ac power on was not available at room. Ac power option managed at hotel reception point. For ac on we need to tell them again and again to on the ac. 7. Room has very bad smell. 8. First i have booked for 3 nights, after that booked offline for 2 days, they have charged an extra amount for that 2000- above for a night 9. I never choose this hotel again for stay and never suggest anybody to stay there. 10. Really overall y worst experience

it was a pleasant experience there. Pleased at room service. staffs were very professional. Room was very neat and clean. just one request, put bright light in room. Wish to come soon here again in coming days. Thanks The Prestige hotel and Convention

The location is in civil town in a back alley. The food is terrible and stale. Can definitely cause you stomach problems. The rooms are shabby and poorly maintained. There is a bad smell all over in the hotel and the rooms

Room is not cleaned, bad sheets are not cleaned, washrooms are not working well , people are not giving good hospitality not even response . Never had this bad experience in my life ever.

Reception check in was fast and authenticated properly. Room and washroom were very neat and clean. Service was also good. Food amazing.

Horrible stay, although we had paid for the breakfast, they didn't arrange. We had to leave without that. Although we requested a non-smoking room, the room we got was not so. The bedding condition was terrible.

Room provided for make my trip booking has stinky leaking wash room pale walls no network no intercom service no dustbin no footmates ac working but so so no hangers etc etc

The room was very bad in shape, totally damp on the wall & a very bad smell was there. Ac did not work properly & geyser did not start at all. Cockroach, mosquito in the room. Dust on the bed. The towel was very dirty. Totally very horrible experience.

At least before showcasing the hotels at your webpage, kindly ensure that they provide each amenities which they advertising. Sometimes innocent customers feels like cheated as they don't even meet value for money criteria.
