Kettle and toiletries were missing in the room. When we asked for the kettle, they were hardly bothered and were saying “see the time”. When we requested them multiple times then they gave us one kettle that was also not clean and rusted. For toiletries also they said its in the room but we were provided with nothing. In the morning also when we complained to the manager he was also least bothered about our experience and didn’t care.

Hotel is good and clean staff is hospitable too many mosquitoes in the room and it is also fully ac clean shower areas but dirty toilet seats overall ok ok experience

The property is totally different from what it looks like. Basic amenities like wifi, toiletries, dental kit, mineral water were not given. In addition i paid 500 extra for breakfast but there was no proper breakfast buffet present.
