It was a very bad experience, the hotel was not clean, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel. Television was also not working.

The hotel didn't provide me a room i requested, even they took extra charge and gave me ac room saying that they don't have non-ac free. It was not a satisfactory visit.

First of all condition was worst no hygiene no cleanliness and staff were not cooperative in mid of knight they say no for early check in with abusive and foul language. In morning there is a female staff who not even capable to deal the customer and behavior is worst. After all that i forgotten my dress there. Worst experience.

The hotel has decent facilities, the staff is good, the hotel is at the prime location at ghantaghar walking distance from railway station and bus-stand you have lots of food and travel options. Good place to stay

No resolution has been provided, just they are coming us change the room one after another. How can i change the room whole night due to non maintenance of the property. First they have given me room number 102, there the bathroom door is not getting closed. Then they given me room number 107 and there the pot jet to wash the lady is not working and after they have given us room number 107 and i will show you the condition of this room.
