Royal green banquet hall hai, na ke hotel. Us mein na to khan e peene ka k oi arenge hai, e van ke chi teak ka arenge nahi hai. Banda hotel mein rahega to kaya khaye peeyega nahi. Woh sab bahar se lanai pda mujhe.

Royal greens saharanpur is not the place for stay. It's a desolated place and there is no responsible staff. The place was closed and only a caretaker was there who had no clue. He was not ready to show us the rooms. Manager was called and he refused to provide us any room. No drinking water, not even the tea was available, nor any place to sit. Horrible experience. It's a desolated place and dark. Images could not be taken when we reached in the evening

There were no fatalities for house keeping. It's just a marriage & party type. Please do not recommend that type of side. They do not give me the bill as well. It's a really very bad experience with you. No i don't have any pics

It's a marriage hall. Stay only if emergency condition is there. Rooms are clean but i suggest not to stay with family

I booked single room in royal green (saharanpur). But when i reached around 7. 30 pm for check in there were no any room available in this. They said just as sorry. I shocked to listen this thing even room booked 8 days back. Next day my exam was there. I really tired and upset to hear this blunder. But mm t team helped me to book another upgraded room in same package. But it took approx. 45 mnt. I request to mm t please cancel royal green franchise bcs it is not happened with me only but it had with others also at same day.

It was not a hotel but a marriage hall and room for rent were the room was allocated to the bride or grooms family. Travesty was that they were overbooked. It was falsely designated as an air-conditioned room, but in reality, there were no ac. One source of light was the customer care of mmt, which helped me find another room, and then i could sleep. Pathetic experience.
