The hotel was average and without an elevator. The person at the reception counter was not sure what he should do and always asking his boss on the phone. I had booked a room for three persons but he would ask his boss about this though i showed it written in the paper he was holding. He was allotting us a room on the 3rd floor but without elevator it was impossible for us to take it due to old age. He allotted same type of room on the 1st floor. The bed was only for 2 persons so i asked him to provide a mattress for the three person but he said it is chargeable. It is a lack of service because i had paid for three persons. At 6:30 pm they cut the power supply of the geyser and this was a very unpleasant action. You can see the bed size in the picture below.

When i came to check-in then hotel staff told me no room available when i requested to hotel staff. They give me a room in 5th flor also lift not available. When i came to room soo small washroom and also tv not working ac was not cooling the room and the gate was also not good. I will never come here again
