I wanted relaxing time with my family and booked this resort as part of itenary. The cottage given to me was not clean. Dirty bedsheets cottage was full of insects and big spiders. I asked manager to give me upgrade and i'm willing to pay more if required. But he did not provide alternative. I had 1 year old kid whom i had to always carry in arm as we were afraid of insects and spiders at cottage. If you hv young kids please avoid!

Security is my concern. I was with my family and i was outside with my kid to explore the resort and someone form staff has entered into my room and wife was sleeping. Luckily i was there as i was returning to my room on same moment so i caught him. I asked him you should knock only you should not enter in room but the staff guy was don’t know hindi and english. I reported the incident to property manager. He assured he will check and will take necessary action but that night couldn’t sleep. I m not here to spread any negativity for this report later on while checking out they apologise but i want to share my experience so it should not repeat with anyone. Apart form then other things are good food etc. Approaching road to resort will check your driving skills.

Over all it was a good experience. Few things the management has to get it done immediately is the approach road. Has to work on managing hygiene of the rooms specially toilet

Good location but path to it is a bit challenging, food okay, we got glass rooms which was filled with cockroaches, no lifeguards near pool.

Nice place, food is good, rooms are well maintained. The staff is well trained and behaved nicely. Wifi didn't work

Although the destination has amazing opportunities, the housekeeping requires improvement. Inside the room no coffee or tea making kettle or saches are kept. No cupboard in room and no hangers provided not even hooks to hang clothes. Activities are almost nil. Food quality and variety is poor.

Entrance to the resort was washed out due to landslide, so it was bit difficult. Resort is in good location but needs maintenance especially bathrooms. Service was good, very friendly staff and food too. Limited options were available for breakfast. Budget friendly resorts, so do not expect much. Overall good experience for that cost

The stay gave us very good nature vibes and the facilities are really good. The food was little bland but options were good. Overall, we loved our stay there. Pool needs a bit more attention and maintenance since the water was not clean.

Garden villa - right next to waterfall

Amazing location - right next to a natural waterfall and the stream running right next to the garden villa - constant sound of the gushing waters - our room was on a hilltop and bit away from the main reception area and oh my, it was exclusive and ideal for a peaceful retreat. Approaching this resort is a bit tricky, but the staff were very helpful in guiding us to the place. Smooth drive on national highway - less than 4 hours from bangalore but the last few kms stretch of the ghat section is horrible as usual and the road climbing up into the resort will test your driving skills. Room interiors are basic, twin double beds, no ac, no tv, - towel with the small little soap bar and a tiny shampoo packet, no shower - but nice hot water (gas geysers) - food is very tasty and service is amazing - 5 star.

Overall stay was good, however their is no proper route to reach the resort. Amenities need proper maintenance!

The place was very good to begin with, the road for the property had a recent land fall and it was difficult for vehicles to get to the property (not impossible) in terms of food, number of dishes served can be increased garden villa was not so good, it had spiders lizards all over the place glass house were great over all it is good

Property was very beautiful. Felt like we were in the mid of nature, room and bathroom were clean, hospitality was good, however they need to improve few things like the outdoor and indoor activities approach road to the property, include more variety in the food.

I had book garden villa, but it’s look like servant room. Too hot to stay and continues power cut at night. Even their igloo is too hot and smell stinky.

Only garden villa was available and booked it. But the garden villa 1 experience was bad. It had rat in the house and bite in the middle of night where had to check from where it entered and found a hole on top of the washroom wall. Never ever book garden villa. Food was good remaining all ok ok.
