The property isn’t well maintained, although there is so much scope to wow the guests. No wi-fi. Food is average to poor, many items like cakes are not fresh. The path to the kayaking centre is through sewage. Above all, something completely chewed off a wet shoe kept in the balcony.

Ok. Ok. Location is good, people are good, food is fine. But service is very bad. Very slow. Dth was not subscribed while i checked in, it took them 1 day to subscribe channels that too only free channels were given. Room service takes hours, that too after multiple reminders

When i have booked. They have confirmed that they will be free meals including breakfast but once i reach there. They told that only breakfast is free so i need to pay for lunch and dinner and i have the payment i don't have any option. It's really a worst experience for me

the rooms are not as good… there were water leakage from the roof..,telephone was not working… after many request they provided as another room… overall my experience at resort was average

I usually never type these reviews but the experience i had at this resort made me. I have stayed at this property along with my parents. Even though the people at the reception were all warm and welcoming and check in process was smooth. But on the second day the food was horrible. The restaurant served us uncooked and reheated left over food. The restaurant staff were rude when v questioned about the food. Though the service was very late v expected to be served better food. When these people make us the entire amount at the time of checking they should be providing basic service at the minimum and don’t even have the decency to apologise. I regret for booking at this property going by the google reviews.

We stayed for 1 night. The rooms are good. But the activities are not maintained well. Swimming pool was dirty. And I approached them for kayaking but they keep on saying some reasons and finally didn't take us to kayaking. Overall not worth the price because of poor maintainance. And they take extra 900 per meal if you book. Please plan accordingly if you are booking.

Resort does not have enough ac cottages. Highly disappointed after paying such exorbitant tariff. Power cuts, poor back up maintenance. Food is extremely expensive with repetitive menu.

Very calm place to relax. Spacious rooms, wash rooms were clean. But the food is very expensive. And the bed spreads and blankets had lot of stains, looks like they were not washed.

We were late in reaching, around 1015 pm. Kitchen was already closed and the resort is amid jungle, so no option to eat. Luckily we were carrying something to eat, so we survived. Our check out was early morning around 630 am. So the reception staff said, please hand over the key to security guard at gate and leave, as the reception staff will not be available this early.

A very spacious resort with some excellent nature views. The resort has decent facilities and the room was spacious. The food was good. The housekeeping and service need to improve. Our geyser broke down twice during our stay and took them quite some time to resolve this. The front office is not very responsive. The best part was the jeep ride to the nearby sunset point which was awesome.

Room was not clean enough..even swimming pool was very dirty 😔 food quality and service both very poor. We asked for one chicken curry and another one dal curry but both chicken given suprisingly

One of the worst resort in sakaleshpura taluka, food quality is worse, there are no games to play, rooms are good, arrogant receptionist, not worth. Please don’t go to mookanana resort. Nature is superb, not maintained properly.

Overall stay was not at all good. Check in was late due to shortage of staff. Food quality was not good. House keeping was ok. Cottage maintenance was not at all good. I paid for one night stay for an e co friendly cottage (non ac) for 3 adults and one kid with only breakfast included. Looking at the cottage and facility provided inside the room it's not even worth paying rs 4 k. Hot water was not available. The swimming pool was dirty, for name sake it's infinity pool. Except for jio, no other mobile network was available. Wifi facility was very poor and not available in the rooms. For wifi we have to go to restaurant. Overall service was very poor and not recommended for family stay.

Stay, food, amenities, nature and above all the location is so nice that i can't explain. It was perfectly blend of beauty of nature. Love to stay in future. As there was an issue in network comnection so not able to do calls and internet. Also resort had the facility of access wifi but unfortunately inside the room it was not working. Apart from that ac was not working properly but we managed it anyway as the climate was cool. Thank you.
