Very bed experience hotel was very poor condition and food are very disappointed not clean room and bedsheet and whasroom

This hotel is very bad service no clean room on bed sheet spot and in washroom cigaratte weather not clean so i am not happy for service.

Room is very bad condiction.

I couldn't find the room i was shown while booking, neither was there any cleanliness in the room nor any facilities in the room. Even the exhaust fan of the room was not working.

I paid for the family room for 1 night. The room was huge, 2 big beds (can easily fit 4 adults) and air condititioned. Thats it, thats all that was good. Now the bad parts - no almirah in the room (thus, no place to put your belongings, no mirror in the room (apart from 1 in bathroom, there were full height windows draped with curtains, but behind the curtains they window panels were dirty (as if not cleaned since a month. In the bathroom, there was no soap, the toilet seat cover was broken and the ac duct pipe was kept open in bathroom dripping. We went to the temple in the evening, and when we came back in the night, the ac stopped working. Then they shifted us to a similar room. In this new room, the ac was working, but water was dripping through it in the room itlself and it kept dripping throughout the night. The toilet seat was dirty and the bathroom lock was broken. Rest all was same as original room, no almirah, no mirror, dirty window panes, no saop. And both the rooms didnt even have an intercom to contact reception (there was one in the second room, but was not working. To summarise, this category room (family room) was not worth its price. Apart from good bed, all other things were bad or worse. The hotel has an advantage that it is close to the temple, but if thats not your concern, i suggest to avoid it, or else book any other category room.
