Basic room. Bed is king size. Good for stay during transit. Parking is a problem as it is on a narrow street road.

Staff is friendly and stay was very comfortable. Very near to bus stand. Rooms are hygiene. Would love to stay again. Booked around midnight and received smoothly.

Last may/24 we stayed in this hotle, with this we again booked this hotel this time. Only challenge is we are not seen the timing correctly while booking. We reached around 2am and left 8. 30am in the morning. We asked hotel staff we may return after 6. 00pm, but response was our booking time early day 12. 00pm to 12. 00pm. So we cant come after 6. 00pm. We just took all our luggage and left.

We stayed one night, rooms are neat and clean. Reception and room service are also good reaching hotel in car in peak hours might be a issue, hotel located middle of busy shops. Those who looking for low price walkable distance from the new bus stand go for this property

We booked hotel for 2Adulds and 2 kids age of 9 yrs and 4yrs. Reception staff behavior was good even when i called 2am also he talked very politely. i ma happy for that. Room ok for staying for short periods Below is Improvement point for better service, not treated as negative comments When I booked its added break fast included . we checked with hotel in morning and staff said need to check around 7.45am. then called again 8.10am their said breakfast only for adults' not for kids. even that will take 30min time to buy from near hotel. so we not eat and out for break fast. If breakfast included for kids that will be better. also check out and check in may be time count from start of actual boarding at hotel will be helpful for people who stay.

Don’t stay in the Residency.. worstttt….very worst…Don’t waste your money..

Very very very very worst experience..Staffs are not behaving well, Rude behaviour and I was faced worst experience ever, I won’t recommend this hotel for stay. Please take a action asap
