Enjoyable stay in sale

The hotel is located in a place from where one can have easy access to new bus stand and railway station and access to auto and bus services are just walkable distance. Complimentary buffet breakfast includes all the south indian dishes and changes the menu daily. We stayed three days and tried all the items and really enjoyed the menu. The hotel maintains hygiene of the highest order. They clean rooms everyday, 24 hours hot water supply. And timely response from our queries and very polite and helpful staff. Strongly recommend for anybody who would like to have a comfortable stay at a moderate tariff in salem.

The hotel provides a decent and hygienic option for a budget-friendly stay. However, improving room services and reception interactions could enhance the guest experience significantly. For example, the hotel currently provides only one 500 ml water bottle per room, assuming only one guest will stay. This practice could be reconsidered. Providing two bottles per room would be a more guest-friendly approach, as it accommodates the needs of guests who might consume more water. Given that the hotel charges sufficiently for the stay, this small adjustment could greatly improve customer satisfaction without significantly impacting costs.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The property is situated less than two km radius from both railway station and bus stand. The rooms are clean, and the staff's behaviour was nice. Food was good except that very few ranges are available for dinner in the south indian tiffen variety.
