found the property on makemytrip & cousin suggestion at Sanchi.place was nice, clean, hygienic. room was nice, cottage wasn't available for stay. food was excellent, unique taste. recommended after one or two rains, hot as no greenery around.

Property is very nit & clean, rooms are spacious, best place for stay with family & groups. All amenities are available at single place. Peace of mind, food was excellent.

My recent stay at the utopia hotel left much to be desired. While the location near sanchi was convenient, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying rudeness and a lack of support towards guests. This significantly detracted from the overall guest experience. Similarly, the housekeeping service was inefficient, with requested room touch-ups delayed until late in the evening due to under-staffing issues. Furthermore, the absence of a television in the room and the lack of cleanliness in the pool were disappointing. These amenities are standard in most hotels and their absence impacted the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the absence of valet parking was inconvenient, especially considering the vast size of the property. This oversight detracted from the overall convenience and accessibility for guests. Moreover, the non-functional wi-fi further compounded the issues. In today's connected world, reliable internet access is essential for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel's failure to provide a functioning network severely detracted from the overall guest experience. In conclusion, while the utopia hotel may boast an attractive location near saanchi, the numerous shortcomings in service and amenities render it difficult to recommend. As an honest reviewer, i can only give it a rating of 2 out of 5. The hotel management should address these issues promptly to improve the guest experience and reputation of the property. I will not suggest to this hotel stay

We had one day stay at utopia. The exterior of hotel is beautiful & interior was clean & hygienic. The room was spacious as well as well furnished. The staff was courteous.

Luxurious rooms and ambience but needs improvement on house keeping staff. Sofas in the rooms were dirty. No response on our queries. Swimming pool is there but staff does not understand about bathrobe etc.

Checking in and out were laborious, with my being asked repeatedly to provide an indian phone number when i was a foreign national visiting india and didn't have one. They relented when i asked them if they wanted me to make up a fake number for their precious form! at checkout i was asked repeatedly if i was sure i has booked only one room! when we checked into our room the bathroom was locked on the inside and took almost 30 minutes to be opened. By an employee who used a spoon instead of a key. The furniture was shabby, the tv nonfunctional for long periods, the wifi nonexistent for most of our stay, and room service took an hour to clear our plates despite our calling repeatedly for service. Finally, my biggest complaint: the place is completely dry and completely vegetarian. We were not notified of this at any time prior to our booking. These sorts of restrictive moral policies should be prominently displayed. I would never have stayed here had i known.

I booked a suite, which was sparsely furnished, so switched to a regular room, which was excellent. though tap water was at best lukewarm, no hand towels, issue paper and other minor essentials They had not indicated that it was strictly vegetarian. Most dishes were typical were of Staff extremely helpful though not always compentent.

Please don’t stay in this hotel if there is a wedding going on. They don’t have any timing rules music so you cannot sleep as the music is going on till 3 or 4 in the morning. Room was good.
