Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very courteous and supportive. I had baby with me and they fulfilled every request very happily and promptly. Food was little on costly side but taste was good and service was praisable. They have a pool and garden with swings which make family time more enjoyable here. Views from hotel are superb. I will definitely stay here next time too.

Hot water situation is primitive. Mattress was super hard. Fan was very noisy. Room phone didn’t work. Door locks were faulty and many more

I really enjoy in this hotel, good food, good service, nice, like nature view in this hotel it's too good, hotel staff are so careful in this customer, and most important he guidance to coustomer like sunset point, hunny faming, etc. So really enjoy nd safe time.

Location is 6 - 7 away from main saputara. Property is poorly constructed and has lots of plumbing issues including leakages which are prominently visible in passages. Furthermore, as they are adding hotel block, it compromises views to the valley from current rooms, even the prominent vista from the swimming pools is blocked by newly built change rooms. To add to it swimming pool was not maintained and had a lot of bugs in the morning.

Worst experience ever, the room service was very bad, as we demand towel on check in they give us same half hr before the check out, when we stand continuously 15 to 20 mint at reception. Television not working condition even after 3 to 4 times complaint, they don't even solved the problem and arguments with us.

Nothing is proper in this property. Restaurant foods are not good also. Service is also not good. Rooms and bathroom are not properly cleaned. Keys of door r not working. We booked 3 rooms for family trip but every single time we had to call the service person for open the door n looks for the door of every room. No tea coffee service n no room service they provided. Ac n tv is not working and from the ac dropped water n full room was waited.

It's nice to stay in ambica valley resort hotel. Good surrounding area, food quality excellent. Also behaviour of staff very pleasant. Good property and in future it will be one of the best place at saputara areas. It's located by highway. Good experience.
