Property location is good and nearby lake. Food is also good. ( breakfast ) parking is ample but no discipline is maintained or enforced. Tv pack was not recharged and after recharge again went off next day morning. Driver dormitory is not cleaned.

Property location, lobby area, rooms, lifts all are awesome. , at reception staff name - mr. Jitu bhai was very helpful. Required lot of improvement in food teste and mainly have to add variety for breakfast items

Overall good experience. Ambiance is good. Hotel service is also good but you have to remind them for essentials. One thing i appreciate is the copy of shrimad bhagwati geeta. This is unique feature.

First of all my experience with make my as per previous is fantastic but i have make plans for for ways for the first time my check in time was 12 pm after reaching @1 pm i have to wait for atleast one hour to check in with lots of luggages after that there was no tata sky subscription.

It’s a second time i visit shilpi resort. My first trip was in january 2016 & recently i visited this resort. It’s same experience no changes in food quality, ambience, service. Superb experience. Surely i will visit third time also in same resort. Superb location, excellent food & food quality was too good. Superb service, very polite & co operative staff. Specially restaurant manager sachin ji very co operative & polite. Thanks chef jitendra singh ji for yummy & excellent food.

This hotel is totally in shabby condition and no one cares. A old manager is happy that he is spending his time. Very poor linen quality, torn with fungus. Doors not closing broken locks. Don’t be in surprise that food is out of stock for free buffet in morning. Swimming pool is smelly. Even they put cropped bacchan photo. Third grade hotel/ you can stay here for 1000 rs per night. Beware, ac and hot water is also not working.

My Stay at Shilpi (3 & 4 August'24) was awesome. Food was excellent. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. Services were good. One of the best property at Saputara. One must defenitely stay at Shilpi. 👍🏻

Weekend stay was wonderful with shilpi hill resort. Food and restaurant service were excellent. The maintenance people responded soon as we needed them. Excellent response from the hotel for our requests. Driver accomodation can be arranged for in the resort itself. Rooms can also have calling bells so that we do not miss any knock by housekeeping staff
