There are numerous complaints about this property: bad rooms, poor service, worst toilets, just a couple of options for breakfast, no cleanliness & hygiene, receptionist sleeping on the sofa in daylight. Worst experience!

The location of the hotel is good, on the pune-bengaluru highway. Very easily locatable and approachable, however few issues 1. Car parking for suv is not convenient 2. Toilets are dirty, no hooks for hanging towels 3. Toilet door cannot be closed and locked 4. Complimentary breakfast is limited only to poha and tea. Rest are chargeable ! 5. Overall the hotel is not maintained and is not worth the price offered.

I would give it a 3 star. 2 star deducted for bed bugs and not having a kettle for warm water. To the management, kindly check room no 203 for bed bugs, i couldn't sleep well throughout the night. Rest i didn't find any issues. Overall exp is decent at this price range.

Toiletries are missing, geyser is very slow heating, overall average hotel. Business purpose ok not for family trip

Not worth the money i was charged. Though booked air-conditioned room the window of the hotel had a gap from. It's frame. The hotel could not provide toilet paper. Rooms maintenance was extremely poor. There was trash stashed in the room. Toilets unhygienic.

Good rooms, friendly and supportive staff. Travel-led with senior citizens and they do not have any difficulty. Happy to be here

Rooms of hotel mans i pride were not clean at all, they charged for an extra bed but not provided even after 3 calls to reception and also no variety in breakfast ( only poha) was available, so a very bad experience

Hotel location was good. Room service was also ok. But room was very small in size. Toilet was not clean and not appearing hyegenic. Also there was limited option of breakfast (only poha and upma.

Situated very near to highway. Good place to have 6-8 hours break while travelling. Both room and toilet were clean, with proper hot water supply. Room balcony was good also.

Managing pride is located bang on the mumbai-pune-satara-banglore (nh48) highway at satara. Very good property. Excellent food. Wonderful hotel staff. All in all a great stop over for family if heading from mumbai to satara, kolhapur, goa, karnataka. Or from goa, kolhapur etc to mumbai.

The property and amenities are very good. The service is also very fast. The location of the property is also good as it is very close to the highway. I would recommend to eat in this hotel as there are no good restaurants nearby.

Hotel manas is ok property. Entrance is not grand. Need trained driver to get get vehicle in. Reception is ok. Passages are not well maintained. Bathrooms are not fresh. No toiletry provided. Towels were wet. Food was not ok. After clear communications, breakfast was not ready on time
