I. Paid 2482 and i received only 1800 bill from hotel. Because you paid his 1800 i need full amount gst

One of the worst stay of life. Struggled even for basic amenities. No proper staff to respond. They allotted rooms to some political party workers at mid night and they were shouting and trying to open the doors of our rooms. It was a night mare and felt like running away from property. There was no hot water facility. Even after paying 4995 for a one night stay. Thought of dragging make my trip to consumer court for the harassment suffered. Worst humiliating experience of life. Don't ever stay in this property.

The overall experience was average. The room was spacious. The ac was sub-optimal. No routine kit was put, not even a towel. Reception staff was good. Restaurant staff was hazy in deciding whether room service has to be made available or not. Lot of scope for improvement as per the price mentioned.

We booked 2 ac rooms they diverted to 1 ac and 1 non ac on same rates. We asked them to upgrade they said we dont have rooms available which waa big lie, after requesting they gave rooms on same floor and both were ac rooms in mid night they come n switch off 1 room ac without our permission as they assume the 3 occupancy room is non ac room. Very big liers that staff was.

Great location. Bang on the nh48 highway at satara. Value for money hotel. Good hotel staff n good food. Room was average but good for a quick stop overall in all a good stopovr stay for me n my family.

I stayed for one night with family. The room was good and spacious. The location was convenient and very near to highway but didn't have eateries/shops at walkable distance. I booked for two adults and two kids but the toilateries were not sufficient. However, they provided without any additional charge. The breakfast was good but not a buffe breakfast as was shown in images and had only two options. Also, the restaurant was not properly clean in morning and was having leftovers from earlier night lying on floors. Lift was working earlier evening but was not working next morning. The staff was nice and they cleaned my car without i asking for it. The gesture was appreciable. So to summarize : location: okay rooms: okay staff: good breakfast/restaurant: bad considering the room charges, i felt its not worth it.
