My stay was an ok type, it's not extraordinary. The hotel price is not Worth according to the price. The room was not really great and dirty. So I can say that is was a poor stay for me.

Arya Kunj lacks maintenance. The bed sheets were dirty and the washroom condition is pathetic. The facilities are old and require renovation. They do not have any geyser in the bathroom. It is not at all Worth the money spent.

This hotel is not made for staying for a Long time. The room would be congested if more than one person stays. The maintenance of the bed and the washroom was pathetic. The hotel needs to be cleaned.

The location of this hotel is very near to the rail Station which is quite convenient and the staff was also very helpful as they allowed me an early check-in without charging a lot of money. The hotel s also safe for staying. The things where the hotel lacked would be the cleanliness and facilities. The room and washroom could have been way cleaner. There was no geyser in the room but they fetched it for us to the room which was chargeable.

Hotel location is good. It is near by Satna railway Station. Room is big size. But, insects are running in room

Value for money, nearest from Station. Good behaviour
