Property was in chaos as there was a wedding check in. Gardens were occupied with people who were decorating it for the wedding. Back garden was also occupied by the stalls. All day long drum kept beating. It was so noisy even at night. No one cared to tell us at the time of check in that for hot water one need to inform 40 minutes before. Careless attitude of the staff was highly disappointing.

The property is good and big. Food was ok. But according to the price it’s a value deal. Its on road so the safari people pick you up from hotel which is added advantage

Experince was excellent chef satvir, manger rahul and gm mr shrama whole team was well trained to provide best hospitality with at their best efforts, on abv all live tea is superb addition that too created by a person who is well able to understand each person requirements and able to provide taste accordingly, superb experience super service, in addition they upgraded us to suite was addition to gem

Our experience of stay at anuragaa palace was decent. Property looks really nice and elegant from outside based on which we booked our stay however rooms are bit dated and old. Best part of stay was the hotel service. Hotel staff was well behaved and spoke very politely. Overall the only thing which quite not really liked was the rooms which i would suggest them to renovate and would make the property top noch. I would love to come here again if the rooms are redone. Hotel also offers high tea in evening followed by classic musical, magic show performances.

The staff is very cooperative and nice. The service was good. The property is good however the prices are little high compared to the rooms and food. The breakfast spread was limited. The one thing that i prefer good hotels for is breakfast buffet, which was okayish. Some food items were very tasty but bakery items were stale and pancakes were bitter. Overall a good experience could have been better if i had paid a little less and some things can be improved. 7/10 for me. A special thanks to mr. Roop singh arranging a cake for our anniversary and buddhi prakash ji for amazing service

Our stay was pleasant. Food was good. Staff was courteous. Roopa singhji made sure we had pleasant stay. There is only one request please change the mattress it is tooooo soft.

Worst hotel anuraga

One of the worst kept properties for the price they charge. The rooms on check in were full of dust, beds untidy and bathroom taps and showers rusty. The pool had electrical wires lying in the water which could easily lead to electrocution. The restaurant washrooms were in terrible condition. Also no facilities for changing near the pool. The room windows in all rooms faced a blank wall with little or no ventilation making you feel claustrophobic. Over all it was an extremely unpleasant experience and an over-hyped property.

All was good except the tariff i paid, was too steep in a place like that. Should have been half of what i paid, all hotels in the vicinity also have a tariff half of what i paid even if you book the day of your occupancy. My regret that i booked into this hotel!

Anurag palace is perfect stay for your weekend getaway to ranthambore. Its located on the main road towards park and hospitality and service is really good. They have 3 categories of room. We took the premier room however room size is small as what was expected. To must mention food is really good quality and can try their restaurant for sure. We will surely visit again.

Property is old, interiors damaged and switch boards loose. The property was completely occupied for wedding preparations and hence didn't give a good hotel kind of feeling.

I believe location is the main reason for popularity of this property. It's located right at the centre of the city as compared to other resorts which are 10-15 kms further (if you come from delhi. Nothing bad about the property, food, staff and facilities are all good but just does not justify the price and should be below 10k imho. Other resorts where we stayed on other days delivered much better value. In short, on our next visit, we would prefer the resorts that are a little away from the city just to enjoy their natural beauty and activities like swimming, cycling, star gazing etc. But if your agenda is only safari and don't care much about the stay, then you can go for it.
