The location is good, on the road near jamb-uni bus stand. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are well behaved and cooperative. The food was good.

It's ok to stay only for a night if you are traveling alone and you are a guy. Rooms were not maintained, i found rat faeces in the bathroom in the morning. The staff are unaware of basic things. No, tea kettle / coffee/ water bottles provided in the ac room. Only go there if you have to spend one night somehow. Price is not worth it.

Hotel is easy to reach from bolpur station as it is located within the town. Services were prompt. Room was clean and the ac was working fine. Bathroom could be better.

Positive sides - food was good. Location is good negative sides - no lift. Not enough staff. It takes a lot of time for them to prepare any food item. Room is not cleaned regularly.

Room service not good, rooms are not good as it's price meals quality very bad they are interested about their local host in resturant. Management also very poor

Good location, spacious room. Average food, poor hygiene. Bed sheet was dirty and not changed. Only one dirty towel was provided. Smelly blanket. Poor illumination - one more light is required.

We have enjoyed the staying at hotel emblic, the food was quiet good but little bit spicy. Though overall it was a nice experience to stay one night over there but our expectation was to have breakfast on day of 1st jan, 2023. Unfortunately hotel emblic could not provide us any breakfast which was quiet surprising.

Pleasant place to stay. Warmly welcome by manager. Room service is excellent. Only bad thing is mosquito at night. Sleep is disturbed. Hope next time mosquito net may be there. We will see our next journey with more comfortable.

hotel stay was unsatisfactory, wasbin was broken, sofaset was torn, roomsize was small as shown, gyser was out of order, absolutely disppointed, not value for money. hotel cab charged 40% more charge

Amid all the things that were good the only thing that stood out was their late responses to the requirements of the customers but all in all its easily a good place to stay

Location is not easily accessible. Restaurants and market are far from the Hotel. Room size was small but it was clean. Staffs behaviour was good. We are not given toiletries items. Average stayed. This Hotel includes bar on ground floor.
