Terrible Stay

L booked the room named sitara. There is no window in this room. The floor is dirty. There is a pungent smell all around. I refused to stay in this room. The staff was very rude. He said " you have to stay in this room as it was booked through mmt. I immediately walked out from the resort and stayed at other hotel nearby. Request the mm t official to visit the place and check. We trust mmt. I am surprised how this type of filthy hotel has been empanelled with mmt.

It was a horrible experience, a pathetically maintained property, they written all lies about room features there was no mini fridge, electronic safe, woolen blanket, chairs etc, their breakfast is terrible, opt for it only when there is no where else to go

Breakfast can't be served before 9 am. Staffs are not adequate in quantity. Resort is situated far then train station, toto service is also not good in this area.

Pathetic resort total jungle no maintenance horrible pictures in the walls. Room are full of different types of insects earthworms frogs. Food quality is very bad with respect price. No parking facility. No ac in the rooms.

Waste of money, mood and tim

Too much disappointed for the following reasons: 1. Rooms are not in good condition. There are insects, frogs in the room. 2. No privacy in the room. Just after the window there is road and no proper curtain for privacy. There was a white curtain, but the condition was not in good condition. 3. Staffs behaviour are not professional. 4. I have paid extra 790- while booking for one meal and they provided veg thali or rooti thali. And if order the same thing in their restaurant it will be charged 220. So they charged 790(2*220) extra from me. 5. Breakfast was complementary, but they did not provide us breakfast. They told us they can provide breakfast only after 10. 30 6. Late dining. They provide us dinner around 11pm

Pictures can be deceiving. Booked the art resort based on pictures and past reviews. Also paid extra for complimentary breakfast and dinner. However, both had no options. They had only bread or roti for breakfast that too with black tea not milk tea. Dinner was either rice and veg or roti and chicken. After charging almost 5k for a cottage that i booked for 3 px and a child, there room was so small that an extra bed could not be put there. How can they expect 4 people to sleep in a queen size bed?

Panchabon art resort was very much artistic. Property was decorated with art prints of renowned artists like jogen choudhary, prakash karmakar, robin mandal etc. It was quite & close to nature. But garden was not well maintained. Lots of probabilities were there to make it more attractive and nature friendly. Staffs were cooperative and helpful. We have booked sitara deluxe room, where repairing works were undergoing just infront of the room, they changed the room to gallery cottage room without any extra charge. But, daily house keeping not available, no electric kettle was there. In-room dining not provided. Menu card not given in the room. Bed sheet was not up to the mark. Servicing kits were not good. Complementary breakfast was luchi and white potato curry, no other variety, not any drinks, fruit juice, fruits, no other alternative, even tea was not included in breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, the view was great, the scenery was very beautiful. So clean and peaceful. The staff behaviour was nice and management was great. It was excellent,. Will book again ! this is one of the best hotels i ever stayed the hotel is artist only the food was not good at all, it was very small in amount, not cooked properly amd didn't taste great

Ambience of hotel is good, behavior of staff is good, gardening is good. Bathroom have no exhaust, food is little bit over priced and quality need to be improved.

Panchabon art resort is a very artistic, beautiful and well maintained resort in shantiniketan. Though it's in the outskirts of shantiniketan but the atmosphere is amazing. We stayed in a gallery full cottage. It was very cozy, well maintained and beautifully decorated with flower and vines. If you like quiet and natural stay you can choose this resort. The food is very tasty and affordable. It was a memorable experience for us and we will definitely stay there again

Good ambience good people. There are mainly good themed rooms. The upper tree house is really good. Food is great. Staff is low but still ok.

There is a very beautiful artistic ambience with the wonderful combination of greenery of nature in the property. Every detail has been carefully planned so that the ambience adapts to day and night. wonderful play of lights at night with soft ambient music. The staff and owners are always available to assist and meet the needs of the guests. The food is good. the people at the resort met all my needs and i am happy to recommend them to all. All the stuffs are very co-operative and helpful. Specially mr. Samrian pal is a very nice person. Very pleasant stay indeed.

My stay at ponchobon art resort

First of all behavior is pathetic of the manager or owner whoever that is. It seems i have to be grateful that this person allowed me to stay there! though i have paid in advance but could not ab-ale to complete my trip as i checked out after one day, however booked for two days. They do not have any parking space. Meanwhile, they are charging high for there clumsy toilet and small rooms combined with late in room service. Moreover, the gate keeper is being reluctant to give you entry as you have to shout your name first! then he will bring the keys of the gate irrespective of time whether it is day or night. Only two person behaved like one of them is mr. Samiran and i can't recall the name of the other one who is electrician cum waiter. Finally it is still under construction to some extent but not yet recommendable. Thanks
