I really liked the hospitality and the service, food was quite nice and all the staffs were well behaved. Rooms could be more decorative but its clean and spacious. Toilet is spacious and okay. Location is approx 30 mins from bolpur station and they arrange toto services to help you travel in and around.

This is not a resort. It's just a hotel and there are no cottage facilities. Rooms are not so clean even provided towels are too old. All towels are used more than 500 times. Also the swimming pool is just like a baby pool. Not recommended to stay with feeling of resort.

First of all it is not a standard ac room because a bad smell and very small room bode-red us so much. U can feel sufocation. Food price is also high and there is no room service. So allover it is a bad experience in thus hotel

The bed cover quilt cover was torn and ragged and never washed in 3 to 4 months. The waiter is the one who is over smart and he creates problems

The location and ambience is pretty good. But the service and the behavior of the staff over there is not up to the mark. They took an hour to serve the snacks. They were irritated as i didn't inform them of an early check out. Yes, you read it right. Check out! the food items are pretty expensive.
