Hotel is good and associate staff behaviours also nice. Nice environment. They should provide towel and one bottle water at least as complementary. Food price is little bit more compared to the place.

Travel from prantik station. Friendly atmosphere. Food is good. Nice garden. Swimming pool in good condition.

The resort is in very remote location, not only that high voltage electricity line has been passed over the resort, mainly over the swimming pool, food charges are too much expensive rather than its quality, always you have to book personal vehicle or toto for going anywhere from this hotel, and it's under construction yet and so many local toto drivers are also even not aware about this hotel, no staffs are present in the hotel during 10:00 p. M. To 8:00 a. M. If anything emergency or anything you require you would not get any staffs for that, only one security will be present there but he will enquirer everything but knows nothing, but cleanliness is good, wifi service is only available in lobby, but in room no wifi signal, overall terrible experience.

It was a really pleasant stay. The overall ambience was really good. The swimming pool and the garden was a great added bonus. The food and service is really nice as well. Helpful staff. So it was great

Hotel staff were good, food was good, but they should mention which one is the cottage and which is normal room and what the amenities are not present at the property. It's winter time and they don't have geyser in the cottage.

The resort is still under construction and not well maintained. The swimming pool is not well maintained, and there are a lot of insects. The rent of a swimming costume is very high (200 per dress. The situation of the road to reach the hotel is also very bad. Rooms are also not fully satisfiable. The only thing that was good was the food.

I recently stayed at stay-maker and gharana resort, and i was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment i checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch. Overall, i had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I booked hotel about 50min ago and complete my payment in make my trip and booking id is there in my hand, but next i going to hotel and talk to reception boy but he says booking not coming in my hotel app so he says wait for coming booking in my mobile, si i said i pay and booking id is there but he says nahi, hum logo ke pass booking ana parega tabhi tak tum log ko ruk na parega

We had a 4 day trip in mind and wanted to explore shantiniketan. On the very next morning of our arrival the entire place and the road leading to this resort was flooded. You couldn't order anything from zomato/swiggy, couldn't go out and there were frequent power cuts and internet issues. Even the staff wasn't available for cleaning rooms, pool, cooking staff and they had limited options from their very own menu. Cleanliness 0/5 : the pool was cleaned once during our entire stay and that too not well enough. Rooms were cleaned once that too on request. Food 1/5: overpriced. Also they don't have water filter so you have to pay for every sip of water you drink during your stay. Location 0/5: worst possible location in shantiniketan, there were floods, snakes ! in the resort and dogs drinking from pools. Safety 0/5: after 8 pm you might encounter outsiders drinking in the pool area claiming themselves to be counsellors of some sort. Staff doesn't do anything about them even after complaining. Not a couple friendly location at all.

Uncomfortable for 4 wheeler and train passengers. Good for bikers.

Most bad location ever seen. I'm not road actually exist there. Far away from bolpur. But hotel is good. Location is very bad.
