Food was good but lacks basic facilities

The only good thing about this place was food. The hotel lacks basic facilities that are expected such as room heaters during winter season. The room and bed size was too small for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). I had to pay extra per night for extra bed. I had filled in all the details. The hotel should have arranged a room and a bed accordingly for a family of 4. It was very inconvenient and difficult to stay with children in the unbearable cold due to the absence of room heaters. Hence, staying in this hotel with children, especially during winter, is a strict no. Food was tasty, homely and the service was prompt. Room service did not change the bed and bath linen every day. To make matters worse, even the room dustbin was not empties for 3 days. Horrible certain amount per night especially when basic facilities are not available in the hotel. This was my first and confirmed last stay in the hotel. I would rather cancel my visit to Shillong than to stay in this hotel.
