Hotel in prime location, easily accessible to the local market. Hotel rooms are smaller in size, but staff hospitality and restaurant/food quality is awesome.

The property is good in terms of location and food. However, we had to ask 2-3 times for toiletries. The mattress, bedsheets and pillows seem to be very old and that should be changed over time. I found the room to be expensive in comparison to the amenities. Plus point of the property is that the staff are cooperative and well-behaved.

The room was very clean, warm and cozy. The behaviour of the staffs were very polite. The quality and quantity of the foods at hotel indiana resturant were very good.

The hotel is in a very good place at shilong.

Hotel is situated at prime location. One can easily reach good restaurants and market in a min walk. I found room size little small. Room service was overall ok. I didn’t try the food as i was keen to have meals at other veg restaurants.

Located in the prime spot of the city with access to nearly everything you would require in the town, special mention about the dining experience, the food was excellent with a variety of dishes available, rooms size were somewhat small but fine for a stay of one-two days.

Location is excellent, service satisfactory. Regarding food my experience was nice, cooking quality and menu was excellent. Manager is very nice person and his co-operation i get was very much friendly. Overall my experience is very much satisfactory.

The room was not cleaned, bed sheets were dirty with stained, there is no chair in the room, i have asked 3 times but they didnt respond, after that i was about to check out, as i could not stay in such dirty room, after that the manager came and he gave me another room, that was ok, but one thing is common is that they never washed the bed sheets and pillow cover after checkout, if you see properly in bed u will find small hair, long hair and stained there, dont recommend such dirty hotel to anyone
