I have stayed in the same hotel in 2016 and stayed recently but there is no change in the room so everything is quite old so need some renovations.

Best thing about the hotel is its location. Ward lake shares the boundary with the hotel. U go out of hotel, u enter the wards lake. Hotel is hardly 200 mtrs from police bazaar. Room is ok but clean. Food takes time to order. But taste is ok. The restaurant is having bar as well and and small good outdoor place to chill.

Rude behavior of reception manager, nasty room not clean. They even don't provide any complimentary water bottel and used to give you tap water in bottel. My over was experience was pathetic

Condition of bathroom was worse nasty unhygienic unclean, even termite was there in the bottom of bathroom doors.

Very poor as my experience i book hotel at shillong by mistake date was putt-en one day advance i asked several times to change the date but no any action nor they had refund the advice hence i strictly condemn the system of make my trip and advice the public /tourist not to go through the make my trip

Nice stay but bed is too small for family.

Location is good, food is good and amenities is ok & services is good but two beds are too small and room is not as family room due to small area.

Room ventilation is poor. Exhaust fan is there, but otherwise okay. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Room safety was good. 24 hours hot water was available. Toilet was clean. Room is spacious. Position of hotel is nice, beside ward's lake. Staff behavior is fine.

Stayed one nightbut its not worth the price. Very smelly rooms. I dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. You will find vetter room with y hat price

Rooms doesn’t have any proper ventilation. Pathetic lot of smell of watery thing, no proper supportive staff

Very bad room, unhygienic toilet and bath. Dirtu rooms and old furniture, bed. Should be banned from mmt. Price is very expensive compared to room

Average experience, wifi is slow, rooms are decently clean and neat, bathroom has no soap, they don't have wash basins in their restaurant so to wash you hands you to come to your rooms bathroom, which is not good they should fix this, and food prices and overpriced and quantity is less.
