Room: very average, dark. Toilet: run down. Breakfast: no complaints stayed in nirvana orchid and came here. No comparison, polo towers needs a healthy renovation. I would definitely not return.

Good food and service, bit expensive but thats how meghalaya is. Heritage maintained well and updated too.

The rooms were wonderful, the staff was cordial polite and professional, the food was awesome and there was ample parking for the car…a fantastic stay altogether. Also they have three different restaurants for three different experience and all three are just superb.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was excellent, staff very cooperative, food very good. Reception team is really very good. Rooms are clean and specious. The hotel location is very much in market place and convenient for shopping. Will love to stay again.

I have chosen the hotel thinking that it was near to police bazar but, actually it cost you around 30 rupee by taxi to reach there. The rooms of the hotel was very small and the breakfast was very unsatisfactory. One thing which annoyed me the most was the door keys. The keys were old i had to insert it again and again to open the door.

The hotel is good but the rooms need an upgrade now. The rooms were not of polo standard. These rooms are worth 1500 in any other place. The hotel should quickly start renovation of the rooms.

Property location is good, food quality was also good, as far as concern amenities there is a need for improvement. Services of staff viz behaviour was also good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city and very much near to major tourist attractions. The staffs are courteous and well mannered. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very tasty as was the case with complimentary breakfast. They had provided baby food as complimentary. The check-in and check-out procedures are pretty quick. Will surely visit this hotel next time.

The place was neat, got complimentary cookies on arrival. Seems like construction work is going on at the entrance, while it was not an issue for me, i did feel bad for the receptionists who had to work through the paint smell, dust and noise (they were not complaining, just my observation) i had a massage, which was professional. Breakfast was excellent with good variety, with fruits, salad, south and north indian options. The staff were also polite and respectful.

we stayed in hotel polo towers on 16th sep. 1) construction work going on in the lobby - noise . 2) towels in bathroom provided in the room only after reminders. 3) the rooms are showing signs of mold and wetness with paint peel 4) breakfast spread is very good . full marks for that department 👍

Hotel rates are over priced. It should not be more than rs 3500 per day for single occupancy. Main restaurant under renovation which added to inconvenience. However on plus side, courtesy by staff and location of the hotel.
