The place is very near to police bazar and the rooms are very nice the staff is very polite and helpful all arrangement at the stay was excellent and felt like home

Very good. Staff is very friendly. Very plea-sent behaviour. Timely serving of food. Very good food. Very clean rooms with all amenities. The location of the hotel is in very pleasant position, in front of the golf field with scenic beauty. Intercom phone is not found. Very good experience. Recommend all.

Very small rooms, wifi doesn’t work inside the room, and the worse no light whole night, no backup, i think they do this regularly, maybe switch off lights deliberately as nights are slightly cool here, i was not able to sleep whole night, called at 5 am to the hotel guys, then somehow after 15 min light came back, that feels suspicious

Not worth the price. Basic amenities missing.

Location is good, but there are problems with this property 1. We found it difficult to access an attendant since there is no reception. 2. Room is very small and crampy. Not well maintained. Wash basin broken. Geyser was not working initially. Then after a lot of folow ups it was repaired. But still the geyser wad faulty. 3. Very difficult to enter the premises in the evening as the official had to be called each time to open the door with a waiting time of about 5 mins. 4. Very frequent power cut with poor back-up. No light for extended period at night. 5. No ac.

This property booked by make my trip, but property it’s service very bad, i suggest to all traveler’s don’t book this hotel it’s very bad experience !

The room is good. Lift is good. The bathroom condition is nice and hygienic. Power failure is frequent. No mirror in the room. The tv channel is not working. Overall rating is 3. 5

The behaviour of the staff was awful and the policy is the hotel is very bad. The staff treats you disrespectfully and taunts you every time you’re doing something under the premise. I’m a tourist i’m here to explore the city but they won’t open the gate till 9 in the morning and will lock the gate by 9. 30 in night. They will lie to you even when they have the keys to the gate. They will never open the gate when if you have an emergency. I would suggest travelers not to book this hotel. And if you’re the outsider they will look down on you and talk to you. They won’t provide the food and won’t let you bring any food inside.

The basic amenities were missing, we had to ask for them, like soap, towel etc. Rooms were very small. But then it was an one night stay so we managed it.

The property was good and it is in a prime location. Room was pretty small but, it was manageable for two persons. Staff behaviour was nice. Overall stay was comfortable.
