there was construction everywhere. The rooms while they were clean was very small and dingy. The restaurant wasn’t operational, rooms were extremely noisy. The location was also terrible, it was not accessible ans very far. We checked out a day earlier

Very pleased with the service. The rooms were clean and cosy and the staff were really kind and polite. However, the television in the room was not working. But overall a great stay.

I stayed in the form along with my family. The room was fine but the food was very late. We ordered our food at 7:30 pm and the food was supposed to be served at 9:30 pm but it was delayed by 2 hours. We went to the reception again and again to inquire about the food but they ignored us and just kept on saying that it is almost done and will be served in a few minutes. This went on for 2 hours. This is very frustrating for travellers who spend their entire day travel-ling and are very hungry at the end of the day.

Great for both solo and family travellers.

If you like the concept of zostel, you will for sure like this too. Shillong city gets a little crowded. This place is on way to cherapunjee, and has all the tourist spots nearby. So you can avoid the heavy shillong traffic u meet while visiting these spots. Coming to the place itself, just amazing. I came as a solo traveller and booked it when i did not find booking in zostel, but ended up extending my stay because of the quiet of the place. If you like taking nature walks, just get out and follow the trails nearby, and you see amazing views, lakes and streams all withing 3-4 km radius of hiking/walking. I came for two days, ended up staying for 15 days. Perfect place for digital nomads. They also have rooms too, in case your looking for family, or coupled. And the food is great. Though a little on the expensive side, but quantity is good.

My stay was for just one night with 6 of my friends. There were few basic things missing from the rooms for eg. Toothpaste. The geyser wasn’t working in one of the rooms. No clothe hanger in bathroom. The room service was not great too. They won’t even tell you whom to contact in case you need something. There is a poster mentioning the room service contact number and apparently you have to see it. Very average stay, i would rate.

Stay at dorm was good, but i feel the staff should be proactive. As neither water container was filled or room dusted before i checked in. I understand weather here cooler most of time, but a table fan would be good additive for drying clothes.

Pathetic service at hotel. No staff at reception. No water in rooms specially in deluxe first floor rooms. No responsible person at site. Restaurant staff not supporting at all. Stink rooms and bathroom- deluxe 1st floor. Staff asking for additional money for every small services overall a terrible experience.

They are cheaters, showing good pictures but giving the worst room. They have taken extra 1000 for room upgrade but not given, took money for breakfast but not served.

1. I ordered dinner at 8, they said it'll be ready by 10:30 and guess what i didn't get my food at all. I slept hungry 2. Reception got closed at 9 and there was no water in the dorm. They didn't respond on phone and we visited their party place, they said "sorry, reception is closed. We slept thirsty 3. In the morning reception was not open till 9, not responded over phone. I had to literally go 3 kms to get water for myself and fellow dorm mates. 4. At night dorm mates ordered 3 chicken dishes and 1 dishes. They served all 4 dishes. They said they are replacing the order with correct one but never turned back. 5. The final day when i checked out i kept my bag at the reception and went for dawki. Being so poor in response and service i booked my stay in another hotel in shillong. I called them to let them know that i would come the next day at morning 8 to collect the bag. Someone picked the call, spoke gibberish and disconnected and then never picked the call like always. No surprise. Extremely lucky are those who have got the mercy of their good services. In all my life span of travel this was my worst stay. You can't even let these guys know about their short comings because they do not pick the call and they are never at reception. It's always closed.

A cozy, beautiful resort

This resort is nestled in a picturesque place, away from the humdrums of traffic and crowd. The rooms are comfortable and the attention to customer service is amazing. They have a beautiful lawn where one can sit in morn or evening and spend hours talking. Only downside i found was the food could have been better
