Undoubtedly it was a best stay in this price with very helpful staffs making my stay more relaxing. It was my fifth stay in this hotel. Just go for it and have pleasant stay with beautiful view of hills.

*hotel review: exceptional cleanliness and comfort* i recently stayed at the grand vista hotel, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations, particularly in terms of cleanliness. From the moment i entered my room, i was impressed by how immaculate everything was. The room was spotless, with fresh, crisp linens and a pleasant, clean scent that instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail was evident, as there was no dust or dirt to be found, even in the often-overlooked corners and under the furniture. The carpets were freshly vacuumed, and the surfaces gleamed with cleanliness. The bathroom, too, was pristine. The tiles sparkled, and the fixtures were polished to a shine. There was no sign of mildew or soap scum, and the provided toiletries were neatly arranged. The towels were fluffy and white, clearly well-maintained and hygienic. The overall sanitation standards of the bathroom made me feel comfortable and confident in the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. In addition to the spotless room and bathroom, the common areas of the hotel were equally well-maintained. The lobby, hallways, and dining areas were all kept in impeccable condition, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, hotel's dedication to cleanliness made my stay truly enjoyable. Rooms are not up to the mark. Bed sheet doesn’t change everyday, breakfast is having only puri or bread, even omelette will cost extra charge. In-spite of complimentary breakfast we had it outside the hotel.

Very plea-sent stay at affordable rate. The room, bathroom all are clean. All necessary facilities are given. Staff are good. Absolutely value for money. Just go for it.

We had a decent stay here in shillong. The place is peaceful and well connected. Staffs are well behaved. Geyser and other amenities are available. The building is bit old. They need to maintain the rooms a bit and service has to be improved. Except that everything is good, value for money.

Hygiene, friendly staff and cooperative. Excellent room services. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
