Worst service booked 2 rooms and they didn't provide towels staff was rude had to pay to carry luggage to car. Info not correct of location so steep stairs was with family and it was bad for them worst hotel i stayed ever in shimla will give 0 rating.

Experience was not that good. Rooms were not maintained and facility was not good. According to price it was pathetic. We should have given 1000 rupees for that. 2500 were very costly.

A wonderful hotel with clean rooms and nice, helpful staff and the view from the room was mesmerizing. Stairs leading up to the hotel are a bit too steep but overall a pleasant and worthwhile experience.

Room is very small and there is very steep steps from road to hotel. Which is not safe for children women and elderly. Staff behaviour is not good and service is very poor. Rooms are very small for this price.

They will charge you hefty and will give you nothing. They don't have wifi, tv and rooms are unhygienic, chairs are torn.

Shower had sone alignment problem due to which water was only hot, bed sheets were not clean and had hair on them despite getting those changed caretaker vishwas was very helpful

First of all wash basin is leaking when we open tap all water flow on floor in stead of duct tv is not working no cable only you tube when to on setup box msg show subscription expirelot of stairs to climb to reach hotel room is average as per rent

this time my worst hotel experience because location very dengerous, 50-60 inclined upstairs, me and my spouse are suffering knees problem, i have no option because i have paid you hotel amount.see photo 👇
