The hotel seemed old and rooms seemed very old and furniture as well. Breakfast was just not worth it. Inspite of good rooms available we were given old rooms.

The location is very nice little away from traffic surrounded by greeny must visit if one choice to stay in shimla.

Staff service was not good. And a bit far from mall road, so anyone traveling for first time must choose near by mall road. From this hotel you will need taxi to travel.

Booked 2 night stay. Hotel is located faraway from city, appraoch road was bad, big vehicle will have problem to reach if not an experienced driver. Now coming to services, they did not provide toileteries, did not clean the room stating that we did not ask for clean, i mean we need to ask to clean rooms. Then while doing checkout billed for extra bed. Which was not told at the time of checking. And they stated u booked for very less. Rooms are not worth more than 3 k per night. Bathrooms were leaking and very small. Overall our experienced was ruined due to staff behaviour

This hotel is nestled in between jungle and high hills so quite so peaceful location is great easily approachable to every part of the city shimla perfect for getways value for money staff is very courteous the food at the restaurant and at room service was exceptional the taste and quantity was very satisfying of you looking for unwind in the himalayas fair-mount is the perfect.

Everything about this hotel was as good as we were lead to believe, the service, the food, the rooms, the facilities were all really good. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If the chance ever arises again, we will be back!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in night and the food was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxing stay. Very good service and good food. The rooms are clean and neat. Mr. Vijay and his team were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the food and the bonfire. Would definitely like to go there again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There was good staff and supporting behaviour, you can share your problems. The buffet breakfast is not good to add in the package, you can buy from outside during the ride.
