The rooms provided are nice, clean and have too many mirrors. 24*7 hot water is also available. But the toilets dont have jet spray they only have bidet

Excellent position and good room condition especially it's room balcony is very good sunlight comming and staff behavior is good so overall experience is excellent.

Hotel and room was good but bed sheet and quilt were not cleaned and bulb in bathroom was not working but except these other facilities were good. Good staff and quick responses. Quality of food must improve in dinner and breakfast. Gulmarg is brand and need to keep this brand high. Food must not show like road side food. Need improvement in food.

Rate of rooms are affordable to everyone. Near to mall road, church etc. Staff is available 24 hrs. Convenient property

The room was ok and had a geyser in the bathroom which is much needed for the location. But the location is not easily accessible if you are going in a car.

Only good thing about this hotel is that it is on walking distance to the mall and has its own parking. Food is super expensive. Rooms were clean but blanket and towels were not so clean or new.

It was wonderful, mainly they’ve their own parking place. Mainly parking is difficult in shimla. It is on the mall road so everything is easily discover-able from this hotel.

Stay, location, food was very good, but little bit noise y from gusts side which will be improve by hotel staff. Be aware of monkeys outside the room, balcony.
