The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is. Very far from bus stand and no vehicle reaches that place so you have to walk to the location which is a steep climb. The views from hotel are fantastic and it is very close to mall road as well as jakhoo temple.

The place was fine. A large room with two king size beds would be great. We were in a family where there were two rooms, one room had a tv and the other room had no tv.

Prime location situated on the mall road, excellent hill view, food is very delicious, excellent cook and very cordial staff lookaftee your every need and your food choices, very nice restaurent, all amenities available and good, very clean toilets, one of the best in shimla.

Property is at a walkable distance from Mall road. but vehicle cannot reach to the property. Unlike described in website Jaku temple is at a distance of 1.5 KM at the hill top. Behaviour of the staffs are excellent. Rooms are very old.

Property location is at very high altitude and also the amenities was not good warm water geyser not working both rooms restaurant is very untidy and prices are sky high so prefer not to go here

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to the lakkar bajar and mall road. However, for elderly it might be difficult. It was a home like atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and the hospitality was too good.

The location of the hotel was very bad in the sense that it is extremely difficult reach there. There was no proper approach road. Taxied will drop at a distance of 1/2 kilometres. The service was very very poor. No lift. Room was allotted on 2nd floor. My wife having serious knee problems suffered a lot for that so i checked out after one night treatment but due to election day here. I want full refund.

Would not recommend reasons no fresh cleaning up, no fresh linens, toiletries, towels on our 2nd day of stay no fresh drinking water no adequate lights no drawers in any furniture pantry services into room is below average curtain rod is available not adequate curtains not available. Not provided ever if we asked for it specifically. We asked that we would reach around 10, but the care taker replied to come at 12 only. That response was unwarranted.
