Comfortable stay. Food is also very good. Centrally located and also has good parking space for vehicles.

Absurd non-cancellation policy

When the flight is been cancel-led initially due to bad weather, how can you expect me to come and stay. I think that way, your non-cancellation policy should have some relaxation. Its not that i didn't wanted to come. Will make sure in future to book those hotels who allows cancellations.

Terrible overpriced stay. Would not recommend at all. We were given standard category room in place of delux. Did not have a cupboard. It is simply not worth it.

I recently stayed at himland east during a trip to the region, and it was a delightful experience that i’m excited to share. Location: 5/5 himland east is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. Its central position made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The picturesque surroundings added a nice touch to the overall experience. Check-in/check-out: 4. 5/5 check-in was quick and efficient, with a friendly staff who made sure everything was in order. The check-out process was smooth as well, though there was a brief wait due to a busy period. The staff handled it professionally. Room: 5/5 the room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. The room featured modern amenities, including a flat-screen tv and a well-stocked minibar. I particularly enjoyed the view from the window, which offered a serene glimpse of the surrounding landscape. Service: 5/5 the service at himland east was outstanding. The staff were attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring that i had a pleasant stay. From the housekeeping team to the concierge, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Facilities: 4. 5/5 the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a cozy lounge area. The only minor issue was that the fitness center could get busy during peak hours, but this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience. Dining: 4/5 the on-site restaurant provided a variety of tasty options for breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and well-prepared, although service during busy times was a bit slower than expected. Nonetheless, the quality of the meal made up for the wait. Value for money: 4. 5/5 considering the level of comfort and service, himland east offers great value for the price. It’s a well-priced option for travelers looking for quality accommodation in a central location. Overall: 4. 7/5 himland east provided a memorable stay with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service. Hotel does not have any fans or air-conditioning, and i even asked them for table fan but they refused. Very uncomfortable night during heatwave.

Booked a room for overnight stay in him-land east. Pros - 1. Well located. 2. Parking adequate. 3. Excellent service. 4. Good food. Cons - 1. Poorly maintained property. 2. Bathrooms not clean. Commode seat was dirty and broken. 3. Fan was not working. 4. Tv not functional.

Location is not so bad, old shimla connected. Food was not so good and service was also average. Rooms are so old, so over all experience was not so good as we were expecting.

Location was pathetic, even after spending so much money rooms were small and pathetic, photos available and real experience was completely opposite, entire money got wasted, one thing which was good was breakfast and the restaurant ambience

Pleasant stay. Modest rooms and amenities, with car parking. At walking distance from mall road if you don't mind walking 2-3 km on a slope.

The location is far away from mall road. You have to catch a shuttle for commuting to mall road & shuttle frequency is too low after 9 pm at night. Hotel persons could arrange a good taxi for sight seeing & the taxi person was very supportive. Food quality is good with less spice. Ventilation in room not available & the bath room is not maintained.

Very very poor room quality. Very old style room. Per day tariff is 4000. But quality is around 1500. Staff are also not supportive. Don't choose this hotel.

Property was at prime location. Clean washroom and room was also spacious. This is our first trip to shimla, walkable distance to mall road. Staff was very supportive and food quality was also good.
