Rooms are not good, no water bottle is provided in rooms, led not working, 24 inch led provided and that too non working, broken remotes, heavy quilts, uncomfortable mattress and non cooperative staff

The room was tidy and clean, but it was very small and the location didn’t meet expectations. The window glass was broken and patched up with cardboard. Just outside the room, in the balcony area, there was a junkyard, which caused an unpleasant smell and made the room feel cold. Although the receptionist and bellboy were polite and helpful when we requested a room change, the condition of the room was still quite poor. Additionally, reaching the hotel required navigating several steps of stairs, as there was no elevator.

Rooms are small, no wooden structure, near to mall road and lift so you can easily walk the round. It is ok to stay here. Food is delicious and average costly

Hotels room was good. Outside view nothing from this hotel. Need to walk around 40 stairs from mall road lift. Average hotel in this price.

Jet spray had very less flow of water, no response even after asking for hot water, urine smell all around corridor. Fake room size listed by mm t. Very congested room. Even after opting for super deluxe. Too many stairs to reach the hotel. No one to take your luggage no room heater. People talking loudly in the corridor couldn’t sleep at night. Not at all suitable for senior citizens. This is one of the most terrible stay i ever had in my life

At the reception bathroom was too smell also was booked with breakfast but i forgot about that breakfast included the next morning so i skipped the breakfast and check out on the same day

A very nice hotel and the best thing is the staff are very good especially the person who is sitting in reception. My wife lost her bag and fortunately i booked the taxi from the hotel and got my bag back within 30 minutes with everything as it is. Special thanks to par-deep thakur our tour person.

It was such a comfort stay. Hotel stuffs were also very good. Room and toilet were clean and the outside view was good. Hotel is also near to mall road. Food was expensive and i wish that the room had a balcony. Overall i am satisfied.

Location is bad, you have to take over 50 stairs every time you want to go to the hotel. Services are pathetic, no ceiling fan, tv turns off in between.
