Hotel rooms are dirty and smelly and not up to the mark. Some glass and dust was there in the room and they refused to order the snacks

Hotel room was not good, i have booked super deluxe room but it was not good beed sheet dirty, tv is also not working and washroom so smelly

Very poor service ordinary room given after booking a delux room. It's a bad experience. Only single positive point that hotel is located near bus stand.

Actual condition of the rooms. The rooms we were shown were significantly smaller than those depicted in the app and were very congested. To add to our discomfort, the rooms did not even have fans. Despite our repeated requests, the hotel staff provided us with fans, but the room size and overall condition were far below our expectations and what was advertised. The receptionist at the hotel informed us that the pictures displayed on the makemytrip app were not provided by them, and that the app uses its own images. This discrepancy between the advertised and actual room conditions is completely unacceptable. We paid a considerable amount of money for a comfortable stay, but what we received was far from satisfactory.

Rooms and bed were not clean at all, mattress were very old, and they need change asap. Food was average, over all, also i noticed lack of parking facility. Stay if you are looking for budget option. For two people, they provide one towel and that too it was not clean.

Tv was not working some stains on bedsheets small gyzer 15 liters not enough for shower landline phone not working hospitality was good

Stay was good, staff was friendly and experienced. Room was well cleaned up. Comfortable beds. But menu was short in beverages, cold drinks, snacks and sweets. Overall experience was good.

We don’t have any problem finding the hotel because it was so closed to the old bus station and ram bazar. The center was on point. The food was so good we enjoyed it. We booked two rooms but one was okay but the other one smells a bit so we asked them if we could upgrade and exchange the room, they agreed and they didn’t even charge for upgrading the room. The manager was so calm and very generous so as the other staff. It was a great experience here.

Stay was good. Rooms were a little congested but overall experience was excellent. You can go with it if you are a budget traveler
