The staff is very well-behaved, the food service person is extremely polite, and the food quality is awesome. However, the hotel rooms are small and have less space. Also, it is a bit far from mall road, so you can't go out and get anything easily unless you have your own vehicle. Overall, it's good.

The views from our room at taj palace were absolutely stunning. We could see the entire city spread out below us. It was the perfect way to start and end each day.

I traveled with my dog and taj palace was the perfect choice. They were incredibly pet-friendly, and my dog was treated like family. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was always accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a pet.

My partner and i had a romantic getaway at taj palace. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back.

The property is near to railway station and mall road is in walking distance. Service is good. Food is also good.

It was good experience aprat from check in and room service, there is no bath soap, tooth kit and other essential products in bathroom. We stay 2 day they even did not asked once for these essential products. Staff was good and polite for any request and help. Only thing hotel need to improving their room service and cleanness

Location is far away from mall road and ridge. Reviews are extremely misleading. Ambience is poor. Restaurant, food and services-are acceptable. Customer care service of make my trip is very poor. Once you are trapped after booking. They have zero customer service. Be very careful whee booking.

Our stay at taj palace was the highlight of our shimla trip. The hotel's location near mall road was perfect, and the stunning views from our balcony were unforgettable. The family suite was spacious and comfortable, and the lift and parking were added bonuses. We'll definitely be back.

We felt right at home at taj palace. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the family suite was incredibly comfortable. The lift made it easy to explore the hotel, and the parking was a huge plus. The balcony views were mesmerizing, and being so close to mall road meant we could enjoy the local scene without any hassle.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view from the balcony. We loved the convenience of the lift and the fact that mall road was just a short stroll away. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Our stay at the taj shimla was pure bliss. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the bustling mall road, yet quiet and peaceful. The balcony in our room was a great spot to sip morning coffee and enjoy the mountain views. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel pet-friendly, which made our trip with our furry friend even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal.

Shimla stole my heart, and the taj shimla made it even more special. The staff were incredibly attentive, always there to help with a smile. The room was spotless and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hills. We loved taking the lift down to explore the mall road, just a short walk away. Evenings were spent enjoying delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, some of the best food we had on our trip.
