Room is not up to mark. No tissue paper or towel in the room. Wash basin was also damaged. The hotel is not price worthy.

There is winter season here in hotel room heater is in amenities but no one is giving me. Really terrible for us

Most pathetic experience

First thing, location was pathetic to reach. It is very difficult to reach at the hotel. Very poor hygiene. Chair was broken. Cattle was also broken. Curtains and towels had lipstick stinks on it. Poor quality of food. Room heater was not provided. When we asked for room heater, they told it is under repairing, they will provide it when it will be repaired. Biggest issue was unavailability of hot water. Staff was very very rude in discussion. When we asked contact number of higher authority, the property manager was highly resistive in providing it. He provided customer care number but that was also unreachable. They provided us another room but same issues were there in other room also. There was not a single person from hotel staff available at night. Property had only 4 rooms and only one was occupied by us. So, at night, we two were only who were staying in hotel, not even staff. Which represents biggest safety issue. They show us very good photograph but it is pathetic. Only photograph of the property are available, no contact number. The contact number which is provided is unreachable. Customer care number is also unreachable. Quality of hotel & behaviour of staff was so terrible that we had no option but to leave the hotel the 2nd day. We left in the morning only. We booked it for 3n but we left after 1n only. Not recommended to anyone. After seeing the behaviour of property manager, it was even more scary to stay at the property. We highly recommended to unlist this hotel. This is not a type of hotel which should provide.

Pathetic location and poor quality

Location: what a pathetic location. The property is located in patal-lok. Almost impossible to reach for first timers. Mm t mentions perfect stay z but the property is known as namah hotel. Food: average food quality amenties: toiletries are just too bad for use. Shampoos, body shower gels doesn't make any foam. Just useless. Services: reception is there but in a garage sized space. Wifi is poor as it keeps on breaking. Big spiders in the room.

Stay was good but the road was very difficult to drive staff was very polite and it was far from meal road over all i had good experience but the worst part was the road to reach the hotel.

This guest house was super dirty, horrible food, super dirty rooms, i mean check under the bed and check bedsheets for god's sake, the entire room stinks, it seems as if it was never cleaned, those pictures what u see were taken to do promotions and it has nothing to do with actual condition of this so called "perfect stays" one of the worst properties i have ever visited in my 15 years of travel experience, never book this property!

Room was not as shown in pictures, there was a foul smell from pillows, tv remote and phone extension were not working. Place is on a steep slope and it takes a while reaching mall road. Won't recommend

Hotel stay and food was awesome. It was overall very nice. Staff was also cooperative. We enjoyed scenic Beauty in the Lap of Mountain.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Shimla. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. A true sample of excellent hospitality.

Great location, Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are helpful and generous with their time with hygiene. If you searching for peace you are at right place with great view.

This property is located in the heart of nature. Very warm, hospitable and courteous and eager to help staff, sumptuous food, spacious and comfortable rooms and cool whistling breeze, all add to the beauty of the place. An amazing place for peace and nature lovers.
