Had a great stay. The location was a walk of 10 minutes from the railway station. The food was very good. Room service was on time. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay for us. Thank you

Staff was courteous and responded to our request quickly. However the rooms were a little rundown, management should look into cleaning specially the bathrooms.

This property is not a 4 star category hotel. I have shared multiple photos of the room we were checked in initially. Broken toilet seat, cobwebs everywhere even in the bathroom, broken side table, dirty floor, 100 years old furniture. The only good thing about the hotel was the food and people. The staff were very helpful and caring.

Had a great time at the hotel the hotel is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are spectacular. The staff is very helpful especially f&b manager mr. Rakesh and front desk executive miss. Shweta are very helpful and have exceptional hospitality skills.

Excellent hotel with good facilities and supportive staff. Food is excellent. However buffet breakfast is standard and repeated every alternative day. Need to work on same.

The location is good, little far from mall road, the rooms are very small, breakfast menu is set standard and there is no change, all in all don’t expect luxury, but budgeted hotel feel from the property

Very bad experience .. rooms are not fully furnished .. and refrigerator does not work .. slow and poor service … breakfast was not freshly made … staff will not serve u cutlery even at the time of brkfst … they will reply self service in which u have to bring spoons glasses urself … the price of the rooms is not worth to the services

It was our second visit. Very poor housekeeping services. Food was okay. Staff was courteous but they seemed very preoccupied and did not clean our room despite multiple requests. Not worth the amount of money they charged us.

We check in late at night. There is no drinking water in the room there is no towel in the room. When we ask for water and towel they provided us but towel was dirty and no mineral water bottle was provided just a normal water botle services are also slow. Breakfast time was 8. 00 am, it was also not ready by 8. 00am,
