Everything was fine except it's location. Almost 5 km away from the main city. Rooms were big and neat. Staff was very helpful. Food and breakfast was also good. Location was peaceful. Cab service of mr sharma was excellent. Overall good place to stay

Location -away from mall road means remote. Food- average property - room was not airy & balcony not available over all ratings out of 5 it will get 2 not over all value for money.

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. Their service was pretty great and rooms were also very clean. Food quality was decent not that great.

The stay was awesome with lot of support from the staff. Especially my room attendant suraj kumar bhaiya was so kind and supportive. 8 have the habit of taking tea at night, even after kitchen closing he would provide me tea.

And remember to choose the room with valley view. It's the best. Its the best place to stay in summer hill, shimla

The hotel direction is not accurate, cannot reach there by using google directions, and the contact numbers provided were not answered. Tried the numbers so many times but no one answered, though after 2 rings the line was busy.

Very dirty, small and smelling rooms. Inspected room. Room service is very bad. Food is not good. It is situated far from shimla. It is rural area. No market and no facilities.

My customer is facing the following issues with the hotels, 1. Bad Check In services given by hotel. 2. Rooms are smelly. 3. Mattress are uncomfortable, uneasy and uncomfortable as it is only for showpiece. 4. Television screen is broken and misplaced. 5. Sitting sofas are broken and in bad condition. 6. Bathrooms are dirty.

I want my money back, as my customer is facing turmoil just because of this. Kindly check and revert as soon as possible.

The location of the property is very remote and is isolated, also the kitchen of the property serves limited options and tea is not available in evening, the heater charges are extra and is 400 rs per night

The location is somewhat odd, but the neatness and cleanliness was appreciable. The hotel staff was quite helpful in guiding the location through video call. The food quality was not good, but tea and coffee served in the room was quite good. The overall rating is 4 out of 5

The location was a little odd one, but the hotel staff was accommodating enough in guiding through video call, which is very appreciable. The neetness and cleanliness was quite appreciable. The hotel staff was quite accommodating. The room service was also good, but the food quality was quite low, except tea and coffee. The furniture and furnishing is also good. Safety is no issue at all. The overall experience was quite good with overall rating as 4 out of 5.

It is the worst place. The person, who is sitting in the inner cubical at the reception does not know how to speak with a customer. The entire staff do not know any curtesy, to welcome the customers. However, after checked in, they do not care about you. They do not even help you to take your luggage up and down. The place, (they call it a hotel) itself is located very far from the city. To reach there, you will have to pay an extra cost. The access road is also not goo at all. If you drive your own car, you have to forget the safety of it. The so called hotel, does not have lift. Rooms do not have showers. Balconies are full of monkey dung. Toilets are not cleaned at all and the commode seats are broken and lightly attached with tapes. The place is not well covered with mobile networks, thus you will have to rely on wifi. But this hotel does not have wifi facility, even they have the routers and also they will provide you the user name and the password. Simply they have not done the monthly subscription. Room has a tv but no channels are available. Rooms do not have a mirror. Wardrobe does not have any hanger to hang your clothes. The dangerous part comes next. I requested their transport (which is 5-7 minutes uphill for them) in 25 minutes advance. After reaching to summer hill (the last bus stop) i called them and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but never came. So we had to walk about 15-20 minutes in a dangerous and dark road, which is lying in the mid of a thick jungle. They lock your room in the night, from outside, and they keep their mobiles off. They do not have working internal phones as well. Despite above all, if you have a kid with you, they do not hesitate to charge you extra money, as per their so called policies, but they do not provide anything extra, even a pillow or a towel.
