Property is little away from the hustle and bust of the city, has a beautiful view from all their rooms and they also have a terrace with bonfire and seating space. Food was good, breakfast taste can be better. Very neat rooms and good amenities. Service was also good. Slightly expensive but then it's shimla

A perfect stay! service food view everything was excellent. This is the first time we tried any other brand other than taj leela itc and i was personally scared about this stay but the it turned out to be amazing.

We had a unique and special occasion to celebrate a family members birthday at snow valley heights. The gm kuldeep ji and his team took special care to decorate the birthday place room and arrange cake and special dinner. Truly heart stirring and special.

Hotel was very rude as i requested for date change or cancellation but they denied because i had medicle emergency and my father was critical that time, now he is no more but hotel staff is very rigid, i will not recommed this property to anyone in future
