Make sure before booking you have to climb too much big steps to reach hotel from road and Also number mentioned in booking not working and we were faced too much difficulty and we book new hotel and they did not give refund

The property charged high amount but it was worth only 1k per night. Rooms were dirty. Looks like they hardly do dusting once in a while. No parking facility.

Terrible staff and location

Climbing 1000 stairs while carrying lauggage is in itself a big task to reach the hotel. The staff refused to take my lauggage from downstairs. Food was terrible. Rooms were dirty. There were rats in the roof of the room. It was a terrible experience. Will never recommend this hotel. There are better and clean places to stay that too near the market

Stay was just ok i would say. The staff is good. Problem is about the parking. I had to pay rs 300 extra for parking moreover i had to handle my car keys to parking area owner. Experience was not as good as it was expected.

Cleaning issue

Bed linen was not fresh, bathroom cleaning was not good. Around wc full black marks & floor grouting was very bad. Room luggage rack was was very dirty like it was not painted from so long, curtain was not clean food stain was there.

This hotel is located approx 1 kilometer away from mall roads and you have to cross many streets with UPS and downs stairs, small, messy and stinky rooms will turn your mood off the moment you will enter the first step. Hotel manager Will behave so rude with you if you will request him for any help accept ordering food or anything that would take money from you. I visited in January in the month of winter's, we requested him to change the bedsheets as those were not fresh, he said we are torturing him because he will have to walk up to 3 floor. We asked him for heater, then he gave us 2 options small heater and medium for cost per night, as per no options left we had to take one. Due to some medical help, we were required tissue roles, even after requesting for extra roles he refused to give more than 1 and when we asked for extra roles he told us to go and get it from outside market, on the check out day we again request him, he gave us suggestion that now as if we are checking out what would we do by that and get it from outside. Such a arrogant and attitude towards guests I have never seen, such a horrible experience, I would never want anyone to experience, so that posting this review, otherwise if someone have to experience such a behavior can give this a try.

Hotel is a lot interior and management is just sitting there to rob people giving bad replies and charging more for basic needs at compromised standards. Will never refer anyone to stay there
