From the moment i arrived the hospitality and scenic beauty took my breath away. The bonfire evening where a delightful way to end cold day spend shopping on mall road visiting the ridge. The serene vibe made me forget the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This cosy retreat was everything i hoped for during my winter vacation. Nestled amid-st snow capped peaks, the warm hospitality was wonderful. The hot chocolates served by the fire place was perfect antidote to shimla chilling evenings. Exploring mall road, kufri and christ church during the day added an adventurous yet serene touch to the trip

Poor Management

property was clean but many hardware like towel hanger, door latch were not properly fitted, loosened and broken. No proper breakfast. No proper manner for serving dinner. Food arrangement and serving manner was the worst during stay. No guest area or reception to sit while checking in or out. overall it was poor experience to stay here.

Namah retreat shimla, we were stay 2 days, but it was pathetic experience no electricity, no wifi, even they dont provide extra towel as we already paid for it, t. V, charging socket also not working never recommended these property

Terrible Stay

I took map plan and stayed for 4 days and faced the following issues : 1. Unavailability of food items mentioned in menu 2. Extra charges being asked for non-veg food in dinner despite having paid for map plan 3. The staff mixed up our tooth brushes while cleaning the room and denied to offer replacement 4. No plates or cutlery is being given with food served. It has to be repeatedly asked for. 5. We have to constantly follow up to get drinking water, clean glasses, mugs etc. 6. For sweet dish with food, we were given a small packed fruit cake on day 1 and no sweet dish was offered on 3rd night despite requests from our side. 7. Hygiene was not fine 8. Most requests took a lot of time to be catered to. The only good things were that food tasted good and view was nice.

Superb overall experience. Very happy with the hospitality. The service he provides to their customers is exceptional. Rooms were also very tidy and well organized with scenic morning views from its balcony.
