We had wonderful stay here. There is 120 mtr unpaved road where we have to walk to reach hotel but as a good gesture hotel staff took our luggage by scooty. Kids: they have slide and small play area for kids but adult supervision is necessary. Food: they call us 2 to 3 hrs in advance for the order so that they can prepare fresh food. They even made separate yellow dal without spices for our kids. View: the best thing you could have. We can even see mall road, hanuman temple from our room. Caretaker: our train was not confirmed and we have to reschedule our stay and deep-ti mam coordinated with mmt and helped us alot.

The west-berry homestay is excellent for nature lovers with beautiful view of mountains and shimla city. The property has great interior and fantastic ambience. Staff are extremely cordial and humble. Food is tasty as well.

Very nice stay its just inside the natural beauty and a raw and untouched place. Local market 1 km away from property but it provides u all the best amenities in room itself very beautifully made and very tasteful interior sense

It's just a homestay with poor location, no proper place for parking, that 100 meter walk was so terrible, it was jst a waste of money, food was poor and so costly. I will not recommend this homestay.

This place stays with you long after you have left it. You can view the entire city and valley from here. Location is a bit off grid but it works to the advantage of those who are looking to spend some quiet time in the midst of nature away from the sound and noise of city. Absolutely green and lush space, food is great and the staff is courteous.

The only word i can say is wow bow a dats we are searching for raw nature which u can find at west-berry very helpful staff and host all amenities present in room with beautiful aesthetic interior will visit again soon

Terrible Stay

During our stay at Westberry, we encountered several inconveniences: 1. The hotel staff seemed inadequately trained. Despite ordering dinner for our room, room service repeatedly made multiple trips to deliver plates, spoons, water, and food separately. 2. There was no power backup in the hotel, leaving us without electricity for the entire night. The owner attributed this to a forest fire causing a cutoff, but it raises questions about the hotel's preparedness to handle such situations. 3. Throughout the night, we struggled with insects entering our room, including finding cockroaches in the bathroom. 4. To add to the frustration, room service unexpectedly called at 6:30 am requesting our car keys for an early departing family, claiming it was an emergency. This lack of foresight in anticipating and managing such situations beforehand was disappointing. The only positive aspect was the pleasant outdoor area with a good view. However, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Improvements are needed in professionalism and accountability, rather than making excuses.

The stay was good and the food was delicious. This hotel is a bit away from the city and a bit off road for 200-300 mts. But overall the stay and hospitality is amazing.

Location is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is good. Support staff is nice. One can experience nature in peace. Approach road, which is just around 4-5 min is under construction. Still manageable. Overall a fantastic place to experience.
