I found this hotel through make my trip app. Hotel was really great and staff were really supportive. This hotel is very near to temple that saved a lot of time. We found good south indian food here. This was a great experience. Thank you hotel sai chaaya and make my trip app.

Bad stay with family

It was 02 days stay with my family and kids at the sai chaaya hotel in shirdi. The 1st day when we checked in our room, i had to call 5 times to change the quilt covers as they were very dirty and had bad patches on it and the very same night the ac stopped working and we slept without ac. After making a complaint to the owner a technician came the next day in the evening despite leaving the keys to repair the room ac. The ac got fixed in the evening at 6 pm on the 2nd day and in 1 hour it stopped working with terrible sound. The hotel staff requested us to shift in 2 different double occupancy rooms which were not clean and tidy and had mosquitoes with bad interiors and water seepage smell in the rooms. Then i had to ask the hotel staff to gives us the clean towels as the towel given before were smelling. This was not all, they even charged me for the water bottles rs 120 and said the water bottles are not complementary which i think is a basic courtesy of all hotels for the guests. The thing ok was the location of the hotel which is 5 mins away from shirdi sai temple.

I checked in early morning around 6am i was expecting clean room but it wasn't used glasses were on mirror desk and was not clean at all.

Very bad experience in this hotel as am book 3 bed room but room very bad contusion after change room extra bad is to much hard body pain ac is not proper tv also not clean my suggestion to make my trip team please first see the hotel then suggest to your guest my family is not happy with this trip with your team am not given any one to suggest booking

I booked here rooms due to it's good location, but hotel staff is not attentive here, rooms, washrooms are not up to the mark, telephone in rooms are not in working condition or sometimes hotel staff at receptions put off the switches of telephone. So u can't make any order for food and tea. Old window ac are installed, toilet sheets are broken. Amenities are worst. So my experience was very bad.

Its below average place, not good for family, very poor rooms, lots of dust, bed sheets, blankets everything was dirty. When we checked -in there were no soaps or anything kept, after asking for 3 times they brought from outside and gave. Just good thing is it's very close to temple, staff is polite, calm, mr. Jadhav is supportive. If only male group is going then it's good for a night.
