Leakage of water in ac, toilets remain unclean, shabby rooms alloted, no tv and fan connections. When requested for alternate rooms, it was told that rooms not available.

Very bad behavior, room not clean, bedstead very dirty, toilet pan broken, i bock-ed 3 rooms but ac maximum time not working, don't go this hotel with family, no one mein coming for room attended. Bathroom kadi broken, very bad.

Hotel is not good. Such a bad experience. We got room in 3rd floor. My family include a senior citizen lady. How she managed to go up. No night bulb in room. Mosquito bites. Blanket not available

Room quality is very bad, not hygiene. Hot water is not available, no ventilation, mostly no one in resumption. They won't provide basic things like shampoo, soap, tavels. Locality is good, just opposite to baba temple

Very bad hotel, bad maintenance, no lift, very narrow stairs to pass through. Especially if the non-ac people are 40 plus years old, they cannot climb those stairs. Worst maintenance in the bathroom, the most important thing to say is that the owner of this hotel does not listen to the customers and is proud that the customers should listen to what he says. This hotel is not suitable for families.

जब होटल पहुंचे शाम के 4 बजे थे गर्म पानी के लिए बोला to कहा गया गर्म पानी रात 2.3 से होता है जब कोई ठन्डे जँहा टेम्प्रेचर 5 6 डिग्री हो से यहाँ आ कर ठंडे पानी से नहाना पड़े तो क्या वो इस होटल में किसी को रहने को बोल सकता है होटल मे हम को कहा गया की ऐसी ही मिलेगा

The stay was good but the service has very poor. Like staff are not there. The rooms are also average the rate was high considering the type of room. Rate was high considering the typ of room.

Sorry to say that, 2 -bad. Reason being no lift facility for 3rd floor, no hot water at 9 am have seen unwanted things in cub board at holy place and that’s too unpleasant stay last night. Very smelly room definitely won’t recommend to any piligrims.

It's unfortunate that you had to pay an extra 400 rs. For an early check-in.

The hotel's first floor had significant height, and the absence of a lift posed challenges for senior citizens trying to reach their rooms. This can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues. It's unfortunate that you had to pay an extra 400 rs. For an early check-in. Clear communication about such charges beforehand would have been helpful to avoid any surprises for guests.

The photos shown in the hotel are good. But the actual condition is not that good. The bed cover and the whole room is dirty and not cleaned. The top layer of bed has socked the humid and heavy foul smell. Bedsheet is rock solid if you sleep for 8 hours straight your back will ache.

The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean. Close to the market place. But tv was not working. Hot water is not hot as per expectation. It was normal.
